    Free computer servers.

    G'day guys,

Need to clean out my garage so I am giving away all my servers.

The majority are Sunfire v60x servers. They have dual intel xeon processors, gig network cards and can run a windows os. They need ram and hard drives. But other than that they are complete. I also have servers that run a sun dedicated o/s.

Come around and take as many as you like, else they are going to the dump.
Drop me a PM and suggest a day. I work until 5pm most days but can arrange to have the olds meet you.

    Jimmy,
    True story.

    Xolares,
They take ECC SDRAM. No need for CPU's they have them already. Just missing RAM and Hard drives (scsi)

    G'day Lothar,
    Good memory!
I originally purchased pallets of servers from an auction with a couple of mates. I kept what I needed and exchanged the rest of mine about this time last year for beer :-)
I’ve been asking my mates to come around the pick up their servers for 18mths but they have shown zero interest. I really need the garage space back. So rather than take them to the tip I thought I’d offer them up for nothing on here. At least you guys can put them to good use.

I have about 40 of the sunfire v60x servers and maybe 30 sun servers that run the sun only o/s.
DGA is welcome to as many as they would like.

Cost me a carton of some exotic crap for 6 of these and now there free!

The RAM is very specific, DDR266, ECC registered, 72-bit, 184-pin. I bought some of ebay fairly cheap, there a great server.
