Use your iPhone as an AMP for your guitar, seems pretty convenient to me was wondering if anyone had any first hands experience with this or something like it? Pretty awesome if your travelling , I know theres things like this available already but the ability to do this using a phone cuts down on more shit to carry.

Just saw today there is an IPhone app for CBUS for those of you who have their house wired up using clipsal CBUS system.... really... really... awesome, costs $100 but well worth it!
Also found a couple of awesome little apps one called, RemoteX and MouseX for lazy people like me who have there computer hooked up to their TV in their room or living room you just access if via your the network and use your phone as a remote control.
RemoteX is purely for Media players but has off the top of my head 18 different ones to choose from, I found it really handy for the lazy me

Facebook adds geolocation, check-ins to iPhone and Web appsFacebook has finally joined the rest of the social media world by announcing "Places," a feature that lets users "check in" to a geographical location and broadcast that info to friends. Made for use with mobile devices, Places also allows users to see who else has checked in at a particular location and even tag friends who are there with them. As usual, however, certain groups are already criticizing some of Facebook's settings, saying that the defaults are too fast and loose with users' privacy.
For those of you that like a nice walk while hitting little white balls golfshot GPS is pretty good. Although the GPS function is pretty punishing on the battery.

- MallMapsAustralia - search for shops in your local shopping center, get phone numbers quickly and easily and have an easy to use map of the center.
