Apparently the ATO uses 4shared.com for file hosting.

OK I just checked it against the ATO one that FINALLY downloaded and its exactly the same size etc and connects to the same addresses on the same ports, as I said, paranoia.

Paranoia or common sense. We're not saying that it isn't an unmodified copy of etax. Also filesize, port connections really aren't an exact method of determining software authenticity.
