i tend to agree. all i needed was to watch milenko play it for a while. play the first hour, i mean, play for 10 minutes and watch an hour long cutscene.

His review is sooo spot on. But this is my first real MGS4 experience and I'm still really enjoying it, despite the clunky combat controls, lack of need for sneaking, and excessively long cut scenes that are enough to put you to sleep.

first people complained in the previous games that you HAD to sneak to get anywhere.

now you're given the choice of either sneaking or combat (and in the higher difficulties, learning to sneak is a matter of life or death) and people complain.


it goes to show how in game design, you can never ever please the customer

I thought the in game cinematic were interesting :/, better then just about any other game cinematic before it. Granted some could have been done as gameplay.
