    nope. we can get into the beta

    not sure if we have to sign in or anything but from what i've read so far, anyone in the euro region can get into it and dont need a pre-order of mgs4 for a beta key

    as least thats my knowledge of it

    Everytime I try to download the new patch 1.01 (from 1.00 from origional download) it keeps saying failed from Downloading via HTTP and failed through BitTorrent (Peer Sharing option)

    Been trying to download the f*^ker all day and still wont let me :'(!!!

    Well finally just started to download the update via Peer downliading but seems to be a VERY large update ... I have read an article that online play will begin this coming Monday!

    Downloaded demo this morning from the AU store and the trailer looks killer.

    Started downloading the patch. I believe someone said its about 1.5gb. But I could be wrong.

    Will post later on with actual download figure.

    Hopefully the will be some servers here in AU to allows to play.

    you need to register at http://id.konami.net for a Konami ID and also a Game ID

    Have been trying heaps of times this morning but the registration process always comes up with an error of some sort then "Times Out" making you go back to the home page and starting all over again.

    Let me know how you go?

    I was getting the same error, but then I clicked on the country, selected another and then selected Australia, and it worked.

    Have tried 4 times now and I can get to the "Enter your information" section.
