Well the institution tells me that to have a digital version of the tracks they would have to be completely uncompressed ( eg identicle to the cd), some player specs tell me they support most wav formats i didn't even know there was more than one.

That used to be the case, but I believe these LOSSLESS compression mechanisms have overcome ye olde problem. You would probably have to check into the technical aspects of the compression considering your far out specifications. They may actually take out certain frequencies below a certain point because we cannot hear them... which may destroy your mystical music.

The Ipod supports wav files.
As for those things you want to hear... You're only doing it for the drugs simulations are you. ^O^ I tried them once a long time ago, and they're bunked. Didn't have any effect on me, except about 30 minutes into the Payote one, I had a splitting headache. As for listening to those ranges, you'll find you're more likely limitted to speakers that can't output those frequencies. Good luck.

the speakers dont so much out put those frequencies but the frequencies needed for your brain to create the so it might play a freq in one ear but not in the other and your bran creats the freq needed to cause equilibrium. SAY NO TO DRUGS KIDS.
