vodafone online billing

well i've been trying to pay my phone bill for the past 7 days.



I've sent lots of emails to vodafone,

I've even rung vodafone asking for a paper copy of my bill so i could bpay.

vodafones billing

"ORSM STUFF "


they obviously dont want my money.

they have been changing their billing processes the last few weeks
i tried to pay mine by cc a week or so ago and had troubles, i was fine the next day tho.
ring the number u ring for a credit check and run through the instructions on there. its a slow painful process (takes about 10 min and u have to type 1000s of numbers) but it will work

yeh i ended up doing this, mind you last time i paid my bill i paid it twice, there stupid billing service is so ****ed up, they gave me a refund after i got angry at them.


not a happy vodafone customer right now.

URG i'am having the same problems this time its not just there online service its also they automatic phone paying system.

i have been trying to pay my bill for 4 days now and its overdue.

i sent them an email saying the sooner they fix there slow shitty website the sooner they can get there money.

i'am soooo fed up with this shit i have spent 30 mins each day trying to pay my bill and i'am ready to say stick it vodafone

Call 1555 and speak with someone from billing... I set up my CC in less that 10min... I think it is your mindset to use an automated service when a norma conversationl one is faster.

dont have a bpay number and i prefer not to give them rights to my account i rather pay my bill oh and by the way apparently you cant pay your phone bill in a vodafone store how stupid is that atleast you can pay your bill in a telstra store.

i sent them an email saying if they want my money to send me a paper copy of my bill so i can get my bpay code and i got a response saying i can get it from there online service which just made me more angry and i sent an email back saying i cant do anything on there online service because its so slow.

they must be thick.
