I think it may be the other way round - the mindset required to really like a certain music may in turn lead to the desire to dress like a wierdo - or they could just flatout like the look anyway

All three have the same issue, attention seekers, look at me..
Then either get paid out for their dress sense or mental stability.
The negative attention reinforces their depressive attitude towards life.
As for wearing clothes to go with the music, used to be in to wearin the heavy metal shirts n black jeans etc, but most people grow out of it, these tools make a religion out of it.
In conclusion they are all emo and should go / wrists
