I dunno how to reply to that.

It's a lan, you dont connect to it over the net dude, well you cant anyway (at least not this one).

IP address (Internet Protocal Address) would be useless to you.

If you wish to play at this lan you must physically take you and your computer to the uni (details about this are here somewhere). You can then connect to the network there

Sorry I don't know how to interpret your message other than that.
