Stumbled across a couple brews in a London supermarket tonight that I could never find in Australia, and this was one of them!

Cloudy straw-yellow with an initially explosive and foamy head is noticed during the pour. The head retreats quite quickly however, and in this instance fails to lace.
Suprisingly the aroma is relatively flat, but some light fruit and other typical hefe characteristics arrive gently on the nose.
Citrus, bananna and clove are prominent flavours, again in-line with other popular hefe options. There is some very mild spice. Depite the flavour not being in-your-face, it's very pleasant and well balanced.
The mouthfeel is soft and delicate, with just enough carbonation to keep it feeling lively.
Overall it's a rather bright brew; a quality hefe indeed. Unfortuantely it doesn't do anything to seperate itself from other good hefe offerings.
Worth trying, and worth buying again.

Really nice. Shoffer-esque, perhaps marginally better.
Oh, and I bought a 4 pack of Leffe tonight, for AUD $11. How f*cking good is that. Pringles was the company, at 74 pence per pack.
Got another beer review to post once I finish this one...
