Many moons ago I brewed my own ginger beer, added a bit more ginger for bite, and made it alcoholic too, around 12% from memory.
Man that was some good stuff. We drank around 24 longnecks over a weekend between two of us.

Bundaberg is awesome stuff. Got a sixer in the fridge right now.
