croc is an average meat, mostly tastes like chicken (probably cause thats what they feed the bloody things)
was available in woolworths last time i checked, along with camel and kangaroo steaks

Woolies where?
There was a gas station in Karama that stocked about 4k of them in their cooler and it wasn't cheap. There's kangaroo meat here in Sydney, but no croc. Been asking around the butcher shop and no... they can't point me in a direction where to get 'em. |

Okay late reply but meh, still applicable.
Talked to our local butcher this week and they said there used to be a company that did fresh native meats for nsw/vic but went under due to a lack of demand (read: scared arse people). Then followed by a flurry of swear words. Said he'll chase up some contacts for nsw/vic region. |
