New best beef jerky... Roadkill.
When I say I've eaten a lot of beef jerky in my time, I mean I've eaten a lot of beef jerky.

Up until now, Top End Jerky has held the crown, without competition. All other available products I got my hands on focused too much on a variety of spice and have always been too chewy. There's a spot just out of Hahndorf here in SA that does there own which is rather awesome, but I can't just drive out there whenever I feel like some.

Roadkill Beef Jerky, discoverd on Adelaide's West Tce (bottle-shop and BP service station), is not just as good; it's better. Chunkier, tastier, and dry enough to actually be jerky.

If you're a jerky fan and you spot it, try it.

Shop in Alice Springs makes good jerky, although it gets expensive as you have to buy it by the kg, and it being in Alice. Best jerky by far is home made, usually from buffalo. Store bought crap doesn't even come close.
