Booker's - Small Batch

From the Jim Beam Distillery, one of the small batch range of bourbons.

mmmmm......yummy

Definately worth the extra 60 bucks; and at 62-64% ALC/VOL it get's you pissed awful fast lol

Aged for 6-8 years, this stuff is also un-filtered; a very rare thing to find in a bourbon and actually gives it a very strong natural taste but without the nail-polish affect some stronger bourbons have. The Burn is good and you can definitely feel it as it goes down.

One of the better bourbons i have tasted, a true delight .

TASTE: 8/10
DRUNK POTENTIAL: 9.5/10

PRICE: $85-100 AUD

I gotta say i love this burbon and Jimmy's small batch. These 2 of the few burbons that go down well without the crazy throat been burnt feeling of a badly made 40%+ teen sprit.
I can remember doing shooters of say QF's, cowboys, shark fins and chasing them all with Jim Beams Small Batch... Then i threw up in a spa.

Having that burbon in the cask a few more years gives it a great colour aswell.

I used to buy small batch for 27 at dan murphy's until it got popular, now its 45-50

If your after a decent burboun for a reasonable price check out elijah craig cost about $5 more than turkey but sooo much nicer. You can only get it at liquor land however.
